These Terms of Use govern your use of autolotbuyscars.com (the "Site"), operated by Alvarez Auto Sales LLC, doing business as The Auto Lot. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site lets you request a free, no-obligation appraisal of a vehicle you may want to sell to The Auto Lot. Submitting the form is a request for an appraisal. It is not an offer, a contract, or a commitment by either of us to buy or sell anything.
Any figure discussed before we see your vehicle is an estimate only. A binding offer is made only in writing, after an in-person inspection at 3809 Plaza Way, Kennewick, WA. The final offer may differ from any earlier estimate based on the vehicle's actual condition, mileage, title status, and market conditions.
We may decline to make an offer on any vehicle for any lawful reason. You are under no obligation to accept an offer, and you are never required to purchase a vehicle from us in order to sell one to us.
To complete a sale you will generally need the vehicle title (or your lender and payoff information if there is an outstanding loan), current registration, valid government-issued photo identification, and all keys. We may require additional documentation to comply with Washington State titling and dealer licensing requirements.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle you are describing, or the authority to act for the owner. Providing false information may result in an offer being withdrawn.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit a form, or consent to receive text messages from us. By submitting a form you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept submissions from anyone under 18.
When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that The Auto Lot may contact you by phone and text message about the vehicle you asked us to appraise. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither The Auto Lot nor any wireless carrier guarantees that any message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is owned by The Auto Lot or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Customer photographs appear with the permission of the individuals shown.
The Site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Vehicle purchase transactions are governed by the separate documents you sign at the time of sale, not by this Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, The Auto Lot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Washington.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows the last revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
